with + 명사(구) 가정법 과거 (~이 있다면)

 

With your immediate help, they could win the game. 

당신의 즉각적인 도움이 있으면, 그들이 그 게임에 이길 수 있을 텐데. 

 

If they had your immediate help, they could win the game. 

만일 그들이 당신의 즉각적인 도움이 있으면, 그들이 그 게임에 이길 수 있을 텐데.

 

As they don't have your immediate help, they cannot win the game. 

그들이 당신의 즉각적인 도움을 갖지 않기 때문에, 그들은 그 게임에 이길 수가 없다. 

 

 

with + 명사(구) 가정법 과거완료 (~이 있었다면)

With a little more capital, they could have succeeded. 

자본이 조금 더 있었다면, 그들이 성공할 수 있었을텐데.

 

If they had had a little more capital, they could have succeeded. 

만일 그들이 자본이 좀 더 있었다면, 그들은 성공할 수 있었을텐데.

 

As they didn't have a little more capital, they couldn't succeed. 

그들이 자본이 좀 더 없었기 때문에, 그들은 성공할 수 없었다.
